Skills Required:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant computer applications, including CRM software and advanced telephone systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English with a clear and minimal accent.
  • Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiation and adept at handling customer complaints.
  • Tenacity: A results-driven mindset with persistence to achieve set goals.
  • Resilience: Patience and the ability to handle customer rejection gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach: Proactively cold call individuals from a provided directory to promote products or request donations.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with potential clients, asking relevant questions to gauge their needs, with or without a provided script.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer details and interactions in our computer system.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other pertinent information.
  • Lead Management: Promptly answer incoming calls from potential leads and return missed calls.
  • Follow-up: Reach out to leads who've left voicemails or disconnected calls to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with interested leads to encourage referrals and repeat business.
